Deed restrictions are critical to protecting University Oaks as a residential neighborhood and sustaining our competitive property values. However, we must actively abide by them as a community in order to maintain them.

Architectural Application Process
The architectural review process is an essential part of the deed restrictions as it ensures that all improvements and renovations are in compliance with the deed restrictions and city ordinance.
The Architecture Committee is a neutral party that is separate from the Board of Directors and does not attempt to influence the aesthetics of improvements so long as they are compliant with the deed restrictions.

You must apply for a residential parking permit through the City of Houston Parking Enforcement office, Park Houston.
